roommate essay corrections

Some people prefer living with a roommate while others prefer living alone.  What do you think?  Give example.

1)

These days, lots of students live in the studio apartment. Sometimes some people lives alone. Because they feel annoyed ( about noise, sharing stuff and so on. ) But I am in favor of living with a roommate.

I prefer living with a roommate because it helps reduce housing expenses , make new friends and , build a good relationship.

I  prefer to live with roommates because we can save money, have new friends and be a close friend.

It is better to me to live with a roommate because saving money, sharing sympathy and creat good relationship.

First, Living with my rommate is to save money. The studio apartment around university is very expensive to pay for colleger. It is a burden to my family. So, living with my rommate is putting down the burden of heart. Clearly, my roommate has the same idea with me, too.

Second, another relationship can be created by living with roommate.

when I was fresh man, I met roommate and his friends together. At first, I felt very awkward. But, hours later, we went for a drink and we had a lot to talk . Since that time, we became best friends. Still now, we are also continues the relationship.

finally, I can share my emotions together.

For example, if I break up with a girlfriend, he can encourage me with a drink. Or if he get a job, I also can celebrate him with a small gift. If he or I hate someone, we may talk behind someone's back. Thus, we may feel gladness or sadness together about the story. And also, you have a lot of memories that we can share.

Of course, you may not agree with my opinion. And in certain situation, you may also be irritating to roommate. But, I think Living with roomate is a wonderful experience. And obviously, you will get a lot of things than losing. So, I want you to experience with roommate.

2)

There are many people in the earth. Each of them has particular characters. The characters are good or bad for us. You can't always meet people who are compatible with you. When you are bear to live with people who are not compatible with you, you can be more mature than before. As college students, you have many chance to get roommates. There are also good or bad things for you to live with roommates. In my experience, living with roommates is not good. Now I'll explain why living with roommates is not good.

I think that living with roommate is not good thing because we may be violated privacy, be stressful to share everything, and so on.  Finish this thesis.

Living with a roommate is not good because you have to share your product, care about others, and It is hard to match different life style.   Privacy

I like live alone because privacy is very important to me, get stress when share stuff, have to get permit something to do, people have a different life cycle and hard to divide bill.

First reason is that there are no privacy. For example, you sometimes need to be alone in your room. But you can't tell roommates thar "i want to be alone now sho go outside please." because it may be very rude. In addition, when you broke up with lover, you want to cry alone. Bur your roommates are there with you, you may be difficult to cry. For this reason, the privacy is very important thing to live.

Second biggest reason is sharing. You have to share some daily necessity when you live with roommates. For example, when you buy some food to eat in your room, you have to consider weather your roommate eats together or not. This is very stress thing to live with roommates.

Last reason is care about others. You must get permit from your roommate when you want to use public site. For example, you have to get permit form your roommate when you invite your friend to your room.

For this reason, living with roommate is not good thing. When you are going to live with someone, you must consider this reasons and then decide what you do. There are many disadvantages and advantages to live with roommates. Therefore it is up to you weather living with roommates is good or bad.

The fourth biggest reason is different sleep cycles. People can save energy by take a rest. One of the best thing to take rest is sleeping. But when you can't sleep because your roommate do something, you may be very annoyed.

The last one is sharing expenses. You have to pay a bill like electronic, water or gas. But it is very hard to divide exactly how many you use. Forthermore, the money problem is very sensitive thing between people. therefore, you may get stress when you pay a bill.

3)

Decision of whether I live in a room alone or not is a kind of important step in a life. Some people would like to live alone. Otherwise, some people and I prefer to live with a roommate. On each side have advantages and also disadvantages. But I would like to live with someone who can help each other.. When we are looking for a roommate, we can notice some information about the rule and characteristic that I want someone has. That’s why we can meet a great roommate so I think it’s better to have a roommate. Let me explain more specific. There’re a few good points of living with roommates, for example, it is economical, safer and we can have a fun together

First, it is more economical to live together to cover a half of the expenses. There are a lot of things that we have to buy to live. If I have a roommate we can buy things together and share it, so we are able to save the money. Especially most of students are still not working, so they are poor and try to cut down on expenses.

Next, it is safer to have roommates. Nowadays it’s been dangerous to live alone. Unfortunately, many accidents have happened near a residence. Perhaps living with roommates is safer to protect from some troubles, bad or emergency situations.

Lastly, I am pretty sure that we can have many friends and also be a best friend each other. As I said above, we can find a roommate who has a similar characteristic and same hobby and so on, as I notice some information for roommates. Then, it doesn’t happen many times that complain something to each other. Living together, we can talk a lot. If I am concerned about something, my roommate can counsel in each case.

In conclusion, I would rather live with a roommate. The reasons are above and I had a great memory of a roommate that I lived together in Canada. At least for me, it is much better to live together.

Most young adults begin to separate from their parents when they go to college and they choose whether to live alone or with a roommate. This could be a difficult decision since both ways have advantages and disadvantages. In my experience, sharing a house with a roommate is better than living alone in terms of a social life, more safety, and saving money.

First of all, if you live with a roommate, you can create a network in perhaps other schools or new cities. For example, I used to have a roommate from a different school so when we held a party in our place, I could meet a number of people with different backgrounds. Also I think that living together is the first step to learn how to interact with people because it means that I should always care about my roommate. Even if I had some conflicts with my roommates, through this I learned how to solve a problem without a fight.

Secondly, there are many articles reporting that crimes against single people, especially women, has been increasing. So having a roommate can be the prevention of crime. Because I heard those crimes a lot, I easily get scared when I am home alone. However, if i'm with a roommate it doesn't scare me anymore.

Most important to least important

Finally, the most beneficial issue, I believe, is about expense. Sharing a living space with a roommate would cost less since I only pay half of the maintenance cost, rental fee, water bill and so on. My roommate and I shared household items such as cleaning supplies and kitchen supplies as well and it helped me to make spare money.

In conclusion, it is my belief that having a roommate is such a good opportunity for young adults who are in the very beginning of their life. We can learn a lot of things they haven't experienced. My experiences over the past 4 years with my roommate have made me grow up more.

Generally, There are a lot of chances to live with roommates after graduation from high school. In that case, people have to make a decision to get a roommate for many reasons whether you live in dormitory. In my experience, I believe living with a roommate bring positive effect in my life. There are three important reasons to me. I feel safer in emergency situation, and I could save money economically. Moreover, I have fun with my roommate.

In my experience, living with a  roommate brings a positive effect on my life because I feel safer in emergency situations, I can save money, and I have fun with my roommate.

Sometimes, people experience unwanted emergency situation as I experienced. I’d like to say a roommate may be a savior. One day, I felt allergic symptom after having dinner. As my face and throat swelled up, I began to breathe difficult. At that time, I didn’t know I have that kind of allergic reaction. My roommate realized the situation was going to be dangers, so he called 119. I moved to an ambulance to get to hospital. The allergic reaction turned out clams which affect my body by specific species. He saved my life. Therefore, emergency situation is most significant reason to be with a roommate.

Next, I can financially save money. Usually, college students and new graduates are challenging to pay rent fee on their own. However, it would lessen burden you if they share rent fee with a roommate. Moreover, people have to pay not only rent fee, but utilization fee such as water, electricity, internet, and maintenance. When you feel difficulty to pay rent fee. it’s a best way to have a roommate.

The last reason is having roommate is fun. Fortunately, I’ve had a lot of same hobbies with my roommates since living with several roommates. For example, I watch a movie and a comedy show with my roommate in the room. We usually share our thinking like how movies are good or bad after finishing it. I also go to the gym with my roommate. Then, I work out with him, and often play a badminton game. It’s really nice to have the company to be fun.

In other words, I’ve had a lot of great experience with my roommate. They’ve helped me when I was in trouble. We shared rent fee to reduce spending money. At last, I always have fun with them.

Roommates

High housing costs make it financially difficult for young people who are just starting out to afford living alone.  Although recent graduates may be looking forward to beginning a life of independence, they often find that sharing a living space is a necessity.  Having a roommate provides many chances to grow as person.  The majority of my experiences with my roommate have been positive.  In fact, I prefer to live with a roommate because my roommate has helped me to be more responsible, to be aware of other’s needs, and to cooperate well with others.
Living in the same house with another person forces a person to be more responsible.  For example, if I lived by myself, I wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning my room or washing dirty dishes.  I could leave my dirty clothes on the floor and empty pizza boxes on the dining room table.  Because I have a roommate, I have to clean up after myself.  It is important to do household chores.  Otherwise my roommate would be upset.
I also have to think about my roommate’s needs.  My roommate is a student and sometimes he needs quite time to study.  I can’t just listen to loud music or watch TV whenever I want to.  Sometimes he invites his friends over.  When that happens I go to my room and read a book so that he can hang out with his friends in the living room.
Conflicts sometimes arise.  Sometimes my roommate wants quite time when my favorite TV show is on.  We have worked out a schedule together.  We sat down and agreed on the times when the apartment should be quiet so that he can study and on the times when I can watch TV.  We both had to compromise a little, but the result is that both of us are happy.

I’ve had a lot of good experiences sharing an apartment with my roommate.  For one thing, I remember to clean up after myself and to do chores on time.  I’m also more considerate of other people’s needs.  I’ve also learned how to work out problems with another person in order to get along better.  My roommate has helped me become more mature.
